Pick your hotel at checkout and add your room number. Staying somewhere that's not on the list? Choose “Other hotel” and type the name — if it's within 30km of the CBD, we'll be there.

Can I leave my laundry with the hotel reception?
Yes — it's the most popular option. Tell reception CleanCloud is collecting under your name and room number, and we do the rest. You'll get an email the moment we pick it up.
How fast can I get it back?
Book the 8–10am collection and add same-day return ($20) to have it back at your hotel that evening. Otherwise it comes back the next day in the same window.
What if I check out before delivery?
Tell us your checkout date in the booking notes and we'll schedule the return before it — or deliver to your next Auckland address inside our 30km zone.
Do you do dry cleaning or ironing?
No. We're a wash, tumble dry and fold service, plus bedding and bulky items. Business shirts come back on hangers.
