Common questions
How long does wash and fold take in Auckland?
Next day as standard. Book before 9am and we can collect the same day; choose the 8–10am pickup slot and add same-day delivery for $20 to have it back that evening.
How much laundry fits in a bag?
A small bag holds roughly 6kg — about two full domestic machine loads. A large bag holds around 10kg, which suits a family week.
Do you wash my laundry with other people's?
No. Every order is washed as its own load, start to finish.
